"The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will instruct the patient in the care of the human frame, in diet, and the cause and prevention of disease." - Thomas Edison

Our mental health and mood are built on strong lifestyle foundations.

They depend on the food we eat, the way we handle stress, the thoughts we consume, and our connection to nature, our bodies and each other.

These 6 pillars of foundational health and wellness form the basis of the work I do with patients.

I have condensed them into 6 weeks of lessons to guide you through the process of supporting your mental, physical and emotional wellness for lifelong health and well-being.

FAQ

  • What does the course include?

It includes lifetime access to course material: 6 weekly video lessons, handouts, weekly coaching calls, a private community, and lots of resources: two eBooks, 10 meditation audio and videos, and more.

  • What if I can't follow the diet or the plan?

There is NO DIET! The nutrition lesson provides a strategy for developing lifelong healthy eating habits for eating that support your mood, mental health and energy. You can eat any way that works for you (vegan, vegetarian, Halal, Kosher, keto, etc.) while following this plan.

  • How much time and commitment does this program require?

The program consists of 6 weekly lessons that take about 30 minutes to listen to and a daily worksheet that may take about 5 minutes to complete. I've included a supportive community and a base layer, which allows you to feel like you're on track even on your worst day. This program was designed to support your mental health and mood for life--not to induce more anxiety and overwhelm.

  • What if Good Mood Foundations doesn't work for me?

Good Mood Foundations is a way of life. It helps you understand the key habits that support a healthy body, brain, and mood. When we are consistent with these habits we build a strong foundation from which to heal. Having these foundations in place can do wonders for improving our mental, physical and emotional health. I've seen it time and again in my patients and in group participants.

  • What if I am taking medication?

That's ok! No matter your treatment strategy, healthy lifestyle foundations are always important. Of course, always defer to your healthcare practitioners recommendations.

  • Will I get access to Dr. Talia Marcheggiani, ND?

I will be available to answer questions you have and to support you along the journey! You will also have access to our private community, where you can access questions and attend live Q+A sessions and webinars included in the program.

  • Is this program covered under insurance?

It might be. Some participants have had it covered. Talk to your insurance provider and ask! However, obtaining the same information via 1:1 naturopathic visits can cost upwards of $2500. This program is available for less than a cup of coffee a day.

  • What are some results that participants have gotten?

Course participants have reported better sleep, energy, less cravings, more physical strength and much-improved moods. These changes sometimes occur within just a week of starting the program.
